Your Initial Exam and Consultation

At your initial appointment with Dr. Webster, he will review your health history, symptoms, concerns and experience with your medical condition. He will also conduct a thorough head and neck examination. In some cases, additional examinations may need to be conducted or additional tests ordered, depending on what Dr. Webster finds during your examination.

Please be aware that patients often need to be evaluated before in-office procedures can be performed. Depending on your health insurance, a prior authorization for treatment may need to be obtained from your insurance provider before a procedure may be performed.

If you have had any recent blood work (labs) or imaging (CT, ultrasound, MRI), please advise us in advance at the time you schedule your appointment so we can obtain those results prior to your visit.

At the conclusion of your examination (and test results is applicable), Dr. Webster will share his findings with you and recommend specific treatment for your condition. Any questions or concerns that you have will be addressed at this time.

Please bring to your initial consultation information about your past medical history including:

  • All currently prescribed medications
  • Any medication allergies
  • Non-prescription medications that you use regularly including supplements and vitamins
  • Prior surgical procedures
